Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the orpay44 website accessible at orpay44.org, including all subdomains, mobile applications and related interfaces operated by orpay44.

"Member" means any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on the orpay44 platform.

"Services" encompasses all games, betting, promotions and other functions provided by orpay44 to its members.

"Real Money" refers to funds deposited by a member into their account via approved payment methods. "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional value credited by orpay44 into a member's account based on the stipulated terms.

Eligibility and Registration

Account Usage

An orpay44 account is for the personal use of the account holder only. Accounts may not be transferred, shared or used by any third party under any circumstances.

Deposits and Payment Methods

• Real money withdrawals may be processed once wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from the use of bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses and Promotions

orpay44 offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit, up to RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, making the total balance RM250 with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 15 = RM2,250. For a deposit of RM1,400, the bonus credited is RM1,000, the total balance is RM2,400, and the wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is based on 15 times the bonus value received, not the deposit amount.

orpay44 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time if there is evidence that the bonus has been misused, including through multiple accounts or betting strategies intended to exploit promotions.

The orpay44 VIP membership programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier carries different weekly cashback benefits, ranging from up to 0.2% for Bronze to up to 1.0% for Diamond. Tier advancement is based on a member's betting activity over time.

Game Rules

All games available on the orpay44 platform have their own rules, which can be accessed within the respective game interface. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final. orpay44 does not accept requests to cancel a bet after it has been confirmed by the system, except in the case of a verified technical failure.
